Refund Policy

Every MevLex license is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase you can request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked. After that, if the bot stops working — it fails to run, fails to submit bundles, or is otherwise non-functional — you are still covered. Approved refunds are returned to your originating payment wallet in the currency you paid (USDT or USDC), typically within 24 hours. To start a claim, open a support ticket from your account dashboard and include your order ID and bot signing wallet address. Full source-code purchases are non-refundable once the source has been delivered — code cannot be un-delivered — though our team will gladly help you troubleshoot and get it running.

Eligible for full refund

  • Within 30 days of purchase — any reason, no questions asked.
  • After 30 days — if the bot stops working: fails to run, fails to submit bundles, fails to connect to relays, or is otherwise non-functional.
  • The bot crashes and cannot be recovered after MevLex support has attempted a fix.
  • Unresolved technical issues that prevent normal operation.

Not eligible

  • Requested after 30 days for reasons other than the bot no longer working (e.g. you changed your mind).
  • Profit lost due to user error (wrong wallet, wrong contract address, wrong network).
  • Source-Code purchase after the source has been delivered and downloaded — by nature, code cannot be un-delivered. If you run into any issue, our team is happy to guide you and help you get it running.

How to claim a refund

  1. Open a support ticket from your account dashboard.
  2. Tell us you want a refund — within 30 days no reason is needed; after that, describe how the bot stopped working — and include your order ID and bot signing wallet address.
  3. If the issue is technical, MevLex support will first attempt to fix it. If the fix doesn't restore functionality, the refund is processed in full.
  4. Refunds are sent to the originating payment wallet in the same currency you paid (USDT or USDC), within 24 hours of approval.

30 days, no questions asked beyond verifying the issue is real. After the guarantee window, if the bot is non-functional as defined above, you get your money back.
