Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or downloading the MevLex desktop app, you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service. MevLex may revise these Terms from time to time; any material change is dated above and surfaced through the account dashboard.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account with anyone else, not to register multiple accounts to circumvent your license terms, and to notify MevLex immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. MevLex may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, after written notice where practical.

3. 1 Year License Tier

The 1 Year License tier (3,000 USDT/year) grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the MevLex desktop application and the operator-controlled bot instance running on MevLex infrastructure for the one-year term purchased. The license is tied to your account and the bot signing wallet you submit through the desktop app.

The license does not grant ownership of the underlying bot software, the on-chain contracts operated by MevLex, or any other intellectual property. MevLex retains all rights not expressly granted.

4. Source Code Tier

The Source Code purchase (5,000 USDT one-time) grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use, modify, and deploy the MevLex source code — self-hosted or on MevLex-managed infrastructure, at your choice, with low-latency Ethereum nodes included — for personal or internal commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the source code (or substantially derivative works) available to any third party without prior written consent from MevLex. The Source Code is delivered as-is; technical support is limited to the components and documentation included at delivery. Source Code buyers also receive lifetime access to the MevLex desktop app (macOS and Windows) at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

MevLex ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if the bot generates no profit, crashes and cannot be recovered, or is non-functional. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to engage in fraud, market manipulation outside of standard MEV extraction, attacks against MevLex's infrastructure, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. MEV regulation varies by jurisdiction; you are responsible for consulting local legal counsel and determining whether your intended use is lawful where you operate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MevLex's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, the 1 Year License, or the Full Source Code is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. MevLex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including any on-chain losses.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account dashboard. MevLex may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or license abuse. Refund eligibility upon termination follows the Refund Policy.

9. Changes

MevLex may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes are surfaced in the account dashboard; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
